Updated: Jul 13, 2021

The Health and Wellness working group puts out a new podcast every Thursday, revolving around holistic and natural health. To listen to this podcast from Reimagine TCWAC’s ‘Journey Through Health and Wellness’ series, click on the following link:

Irina Lotvin, trained in Classical Chinese Medicine, discusses her switch to Holistic Health Coaching. Passionate about teaching empowerment within one's health journey, Irina enlightens her audience with the concept of using food as a medicine. Irina and Dr. Elisa Haransky Beck share their thoughts on the balance of one's microbiome. There is a true partnership between the mind and stomach, and if one's microbiome is out of balance, the mind will suffer as a result. Irina gives her advice on how to awaken your taste buds and relieve your system. She also talks of her love of supporting Women and Mother Earth. Coming back to nature and acknowledging the connection between plants and people is vital.
